Athlete 1 - 290kg Yoke 30m
Athlete 2 - 120kg Farmers 30m
Both athletes start on whistle , time stops when last athlete gets across 30m line. Distance measured if not finished , 60s
Log + Axle Press
Athlete 1 - 110kg Log
Athlete 2 - 120kg Axle
Back and Forth one rep each , if athletes fails to complete a lift then reps are counted and attempt ends , 60s
Max Distance Sandbag Carry
100kg & 120kg to be carried as far as possible in 75s. both distances will be added together for a total
Stone over Yoke
140kg Stone to be loaded over 50" Yoke back and forth until no more reps can be completed or the 75s time limit expires
