Yoke run - 10m drop and return - 60 second cap

Pick up Truck pull - Harness pull, no arm over arm! - 20m - 60 seconds cap
Event 4
Log clean & Press - Reps - 60 seconds
Event 5
Carry and drag - Carry 4 plates to a sled and drag back! - 15m - 75 second cap
