Each round weight will be added - 5kg for Womens Beginners and 10kg for all other categories. No skipping rounds, everyone has to complete all lifts. 3 attempts at each lift. If you fail your 3rd attempt, you’re out.Belts, chalk, straps allowed. No suits. Conventional deadlift only.
