Welcome to Lincolshire Strongest

We are very excited to be hosting this competition and we are using it as an opportunity to create a Family Fun day and welcome all different gyms to take part and enjoy the day together.

LINCOLNSHIRE STRONGEST 2023

This is going to be an awesome day! Make sure you get involved.
There will be 2 Main Events running through the day:

EVENT 1: 1RM Deadlift
Straps allowed
No Sumo
No suits

EVENT 2: 1RM Ground to Overhead
Athletes start with the Barbell on the ground and complete the rep once the Barbell is Overhead with both arms locked out and their feet level. You must show control in the finish position to complete the rep.

There are 4 Categories to pick from:

Female Novice:
Deadlift starts at 60kg
GTOH starts at 25kg

Female Advanced:
Deadlift starts at 100kg
GTOH starts at 40kg

Male Novice:
Deadlift starts at 100kg
GTOH starts at 40kg

Male Advanced:
Deadlift starts at 160kg
GTOH starts at 60kg

There will also be a Kiddies event which will be £5 to enter on the day and will be using our custom made Kiddies Yoke and Farmers Carry.

There will also be a pull a car competition for spectators and lots of other things to get involved in. There will be food and beverages available. We have the AMAZING BARBELL BURGER with us for the day! 

To enter 1 Event is £25

To enter both events is £35

Spectators can come for free.
