Log and Deadlift

All Things Strength Log and Deadlift Battle 2024

Year 2 of our annual log and deadlift comp!

Come join us for a day of pushing your limits and supporting others to do the same. Lifters get 3 nominated lifts for both the log and the deadlift with their heaviest lifts on each combining for their final total.

Rules
The deadlift will be done to strongman rules (no sumo) on a deadlift bar, NO suits allowed, NO baby oil, all straps and belts ok. The referee will give a down signal if the lockout is completed. Same rules for the log, referee will give you a down signal when lockout is complete.

24hr weigh in will be available for the mens U100kg lifters.

Women’s Novice (starting log 33kg minimum)
Women’s Open (starting log 41.5kg minimum)
Mens Novice (starting log 50kg minimum)
Mens U100kg
Mens Opens

Trophy’s to the winners and t-shirts for all competitors.

£30 must be paid to secure your place either message directly to book and you will be sent a link for payment. No Payment no place. Spaces capped at 10 per category.
