This event will be held inside where there will be seating, food and drink available on a first come first serve basis.

4 categories.

Women's/ Mens 1(novice) mens 2(inter levels) mens 3 (opens level)

If I get enough interest I will put on a women's category or a masters etc

3 lifts rising bar style all day

Total kilos equals total points

1 deadlift bar

Metal log (60) once we're above 85kilo we will then only be using the wooden log

1 wooden log (87)

Women's log 20kg min

Which category do you enter?

Example if your current log is 100 and your deadlift is 200 then your total score is 300 and you will be competitive in mens 1

Class 1 , your fairly new to the sport and compete in either novice or beginner but haven't podiumed yet total score is u320

Mens 2 novice/inters you've podiumed a comp and or are progressing well and can press over 100kg and deadlift more than 250 total score min 350

Mens 3 pro, your log and deadlift total score should be over 400 to start and no upper limit

Minimum weight jump will be 2.5kilos nominated in the log after each successful lift.

Deadlift will be 5kgs minimum jumps nominated after successful lift

We will only have 1.25kg plates, 2.5kgs and 5kilo increments.

The whole comp regardless of category will be rising bar to keep things easy and flowing
