This event will be held inside where there will be seating, food and drink available on a first come first serve basis.

Women's/ Mens, beginner, 1(novice) mens 2(inter levels) mens 3 (opens level

3 lifts rising bar style all day

Total kilos equals total points

1 deadlift bar

Metal log (60) once we're above 85kilo we will then only be using the wooden log

1 wooden log (87)

Women's log 20kg min

Which category do you enter?

Example if your current log is 100 and your deadlift is 200 then your total score is 300 and you will be competitive in mens 1

Men beginner, your new to this it should show, enjoy the day watching and learning tio for the huge talent around you enjoy yourself!

Class 1 novice , typical novice your fairly new to the sport and compete but haven't podiumed yet

Mens 2 /inters you've podiumed at a novice comp and or are progressing well and can press over 100kg and deadlift more than 250 total score min 350

Mens 3 pro, your log and deadlift total score should be over 400 to start and no upper limit
