Join as many of the event days as you wish. More days you do the higher you could place at the end of the league.
£40 per event day. If you enter all three days then this will be discounted to £34 per entry.

EVENTS FOR DAY TWO:
Duck walk into chain drag:
Walk the Duck walk 15M drop and return by dragging weighted sled using chains. Return to start. 80 Sec time limit.
Men A: 120Kg Duck walk into Chain drag. Weight TBC
Men B: 140Kg Duck walk into Chain drag. Weight TBC
Men C: 160Kg Duck walk into Chain drag. Weight TBC
Women: 100Kg Duck walk into Chain drag. Weight TBC
Car Deadlift:
As may reps as possible in 60 secs. Straight bar deadlift. Straps and belt aloud. No Suits.
Men A: Car. Estimated 180Kg
Men B: Car plus 40Kg. Estimated 220Kg
Men C: Car plus 80Kg. Estimated 260Kg
Women: 120Kg NO CAR. TRACTOR TYRES.
Yoke run:
15m Drop and turn. Quickest time wins. 60Sec time limit. Belts and grip tops aloud.
Men A: 200Kg
Men B: 250Kg
Men C: 300Kg
Women: 140Kg
Over head Press:
Press over hard as many times as possible in 60 Secs. Belts aloud.
Men A: 75Kg in hand Viking Press
Men B: 55Kg Block FTOH
Men C: 65Kg Block FTOH

Hand over hand truck pull:
Seated in truck tyre. Hand over hand pull over 20M. (Weights may change closer to event date)
