Dust off your costumes and find your strongest partner! This Halloween, we’re bringing the heat to Manchester with a pairs competition that tests grit, synchronization, and spooky strength.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-time competitor, we’ve got a spot for you.

The Details:

* 📅 When: Saturday, 31st October 2026

* 🕘 Time: 9:30 AM Start

* 👫 Teams: Male or Female Pairs - (Not Mixed)

* 🏆 Categories: Amateur & Experienced

* 👕 Bonus: Team names printed on shirts & Fancy Dress is highly encouraged!

* 💰 Entry: £50.00 per team

The Gauntlet (5 Events):

1. Log Press: Tag Team Reps (60s)

2. Max Deadlift: Tandem Style on the Cratos Bar ⛓️

3. Frame Carry: 30m Tag Team Style (Both athletes run)

4. Thomas Dumbbell: 60s Ladder

5. Yoke & Sandball: 15m Yoke + 15m Sandball over Yoke (Tag Team)
