The event will take place using a Texas Deadlift Bar and Wooden Logs

Stanger Strength will be makinging a log for the Womens category

Maximum Log 3 nominated lifts

Heaviest successful lift will stand

Maximum Deadlift 3 nominated lifts

Deadlift suits and elbow sleeves allowed

There will be a Trophy for the overall winner of each category

the winner will be the person with the biggest combined lift eg Log 120kg Deadlift 320kg total 440kg

Entry is £30 Per person which will include a t shirt add your T Shirt size details to the payment

spectators seats are available to book in advance maximum 60 available £3 per seat you must send £3x the amount of seats you want friends/family payment state the name for the seats on the payment
