Event 1: Yoke & Log Medley
Format: Yoke 10m → 2 Log Press Reps → Yoke 10m
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Rules & Scoring:
Distance will be recorded if the event is not completed within the time limit.
All equipment is allowed (grip shirts, sleeves, belts, etc.).
Athletes must carry the yoke 10m, perform two successful log press reps, then carry the yoke back 10m to finish.
Event 2: Dumbbell Medley
Format: Single-arm dumbbell press medley
Time Limit: 60 seconds (split timed)
Rules & Scoring:
Dumbbells must be pressed single-arm only.
Each dumbbell must be placed securely on the pad after a successful lift.
All supportive equipment is allowed (belts, sleeves, grip tops, etc.).
Split times will be taken to determine placings.
Event 3: Object Load Medley
Format: Series of implements loaded over a 40” yoke
Time Limit: 60 seconds (split timed)
Rules & Scoring:
The first implement will be placed 10m away, with each subsequent implement positioned 2m closer to the loading platform.
All equipment is allowed.
Loads must be placed over the 40” yoke bar to count.
No partial distance will be recorded — split times will determine results.
Event 4: Duck Walk to Deadlift
Format: Duck Walk → Deadlift
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Rules & Scoring:
Two deadlift weights will be available:
Lighter Bar: 1 point per successful lift
Heavier Bar: 3 points per successful lift
You may use both bars to maximize your score.
Incomplete duck walk = zero points.
All equipment is allowed except baby oil (talc permitted).
Event 5: Death by Sandbags
Format: Ascending sandbag shouldering
Time Limit: 75 seconds
Rules & Scoring:
Sandbags increase in weight from 30kg to 140kg.
Shoulder as many as possible within the time limit.
Each successful shoulder will count toward your total score.
