Fierce Gym Novice Strongman Competition 22nd May 2022 - £30
Events*
• Car deadlift (approx. 220kg) reps in 60 seconds – side handles
• Log for reps in 60 seconds – 95kg
• Yoke drop and turn (2 drops) – 260kg
• Stone to Shoulder reps in 60 seconds – 80kg (no tacky)
• Sandbag / Keg carry medley (70kg Keg, 80kg Sandbag, 90kg sandbag, 100kg sandbag – distance tbc)
In addition to these events we will also have a 7.5t and an 18t truck for pulling “just for fun” on the day with thanks to SkyLift for providing us with these vehicles.
Novice:
No more than 3 comps at this level
must not have placed 1st
