Log for reps
Log clean and press for reps womens novice will use an 11" factory weights log all other classes will use a 13" factory weights log
Deadlift for reps
Standard 9" deadlift for reps Set up will be Bumper plates on a cerberus deadlift bar Athletes may strap in before the time starts
Farmers walk
Athletes will take the farmers handles to the end of the track then drop them and come back the way they came Athletes will be allowed to start with their hands on the farmers
Loading medley
Athletes will carry 3 kegs the length of the track and load them to a height (to be specified) Then return unladen for the next item, and repeated Items must be loaded in ascending weight order
