All qualified athletes will be contacted directly and additionally invited to this event. Please confirm ASAP if you are able to attend to give other athletes the opportunity to compete if you are unable to attend.

Beginners - 25kg
A1 - 35kg

Event 2 - Death by Deadlift - 4 lifts on a power bar moving onto max weight on Silver Dollar in 75s
Beginners - 80/90/100/110 - 120 starting Silver weight
A1 - 100/110/120/130 - 140 starting Silver weight
A2 - 120/130/140/150 - 160 starting Silver weight
M - 110/120/130/140 - 150 starting Silver weight
Exp - 140/150/160/170 - 180 starting Silver weight
