This years Valhalloween will see us hosting our first Deadlifting Comp prior to an Axe Throwing Tournament and Social event! You dont have to come in Halloween Attire but why wouldn't you? The Deadlift comp will start at 5pm but entrants will be asked to arrive at least 60 mins prior to check in and to discuss rules and regulations and to warm up sufficiently.DEADLIFT COMPThe deadlift comp will be set into two categories, Male and Female and will be scored through points per rep in the 60 seconds you are given.MALEStandard Bar 140kg - 1ptStandard Bar 160kg - 2ptsStandard Bar 180kg - 4ptStandard Bar 200kg - 6pts FEMALEStandard Bar 60kg - 1ptStandard Bar 80kg - 2ptsStandard Bar 90kg - 4ptsStandard Bar 100kg - 6ptsSwapping of standard bar to Axle bar +2pts per Rep RULES 60 second time limit No bouncing reps Must lock out & wait for call of completed rep Straps, chalk and liquid chalk allowed No suits unless its a boss Halloween outfitAXE THROWING TOURNAMENT4 enter 1 leave!This years tournament will be a brutal one. 4 Throwers enter the lane for 10 throws and the highest score goes through to the next round.PricesEntry Ticket £5Axe Tournament Ticket £10Deadlift comp entry fee £20If you are taking part in the tournament or the Deadlift comp you do not need to pay the Entry ticket.
