Very excited to announce our next comp will be in collaboration with the awesome @_nordic_power gym in Honiton.
28th January 2023 we will be holding an entry level strongman and woman event at their facility, so save the date and DM us for entry.

£35 entry includes a comp t-shirt and prizes for the winners. 30 spaces available.

Men’s Beginner (MB) 10 spaces
Men’s Novice (MN) 10 spaces
Women’s Novice (W) 10 spaces

EVENTS
Deadlift for reps 60s (MN200kg, MB180, W110)
Monster dumbbell for max (3 attempts)
Farmers/Keg Medley 20m (MN100kg per hand 60 keg, MB90 and 60 keg, W55 and 40)
Log for reps 60s (MN75, MB65, W45)
Natural stones to shoulder 75s (*40kg, 70, 80, 100 - same for all with points system)
