1. Deadlift — you go, they go
90s time limit
Weights
Mens - 175kg - 200kg - 225kg
Women’s - 100kg - 125kg - 150kg
Lightest weight = 1 point per rep
Middle weight = 2 points per rep
Heavy weight = 3 points per rep
2. Overhead press — you go, they go (one on log, one on axle)
90s time limit
Weights
Mens - 70kg - 90kg - 110kg
Women’s- 40kg - 50kg - 60kg
Lightest weight = 1 point per rep
Middle weight = 2 points per rep
Heavy weight = 3 points per rep
3. Sandbag to shoulder — you go, they go (90s time limit)
Weights
Mens - 80kg - 100kg - 120kg
Women’s - 45kg - 60kg - 75kg
Lightest weight = 1 point per rep
Middle weight = 2 points per rep
Heavy weight = 3 points per rep
Each athlete can do any bag and build up a total of point. For example. 3 reps at 80kg - 2 reps at 100kg - 1 rep at 120kg = 10 points.
4. Sandball medley
You go they go 10m each

Lightest weight = 1 point per 10m
Heavy weight = 2 points per 10m
5.Stone over yoke

Men - 80kg - 100kg - 120kg
Women - 60kg - 75kg - 90kg
Lightest weight = 1 point per rep
Middle weight = 2 points per rep
Heavy weight = 3 points per rep
Each athlete can do any Stone and build up a total of point. For example. 3 reps at 80kg - 2 reps at 100kg - 1 rep at 120kg = 10 points.
