Log and deadlift for max in 3 attempts, once you lift your compulsory opening lift you will pick your next weight.
Trophys for the winner of each class

classes, for juniors, women, men , masters & adapted athletes, classes are,women upto, 75kg, 85kg, open

juniors 1, up to 16yrs
juniors 2, 16yrs to 18yrs
men, 90kg, am and pro
masters, am and pro
105kg, am and pro
open, am and pro

deadlift will be no suits
