3 nominated lifts for each. 1st lifts given at sign in and then immediately after each lift.
3 categories for Men and Women
Lightweight Under 100/ Under 75
Open Weight Over 100/ Over 75
Masters 40+
We will have two logs and two bars out for both categories to keep the day running fast.
Same day weigh ins
Women lift AM Men lift PM
