Event 1. MAX AXLE SQUAT
Women to 67cm; ,Men to 81cm (UPADATED 7/5/23)
Rising bar, powerlifting style. If you miss an attempt, you are out! 30-seconds to make the lift. Time starts once the bar is loaded and called.
Women start at 50kg; Men at 70kg. 2.5kg jumps across all competitors.
Event 2. OVERHEAD MEDLEY
* All women's classes have the same weight. All men's classes have the same weight.
