For the Fourth year Chelmsford Town Centre and Rebel Strength will be bringing you Rebel Strength's Essex's Strongest Man/Woman. A BIGGER show for all to enjoy. Novice men and women, intermediate men will compete to see who is the strongest in Essex.
Entrance fee of £45 to PayPal account [email protected] confirms place on list. Please state comp and shirt size.Events and event order subject to change depending on the weather.Deadlifts will be on wooden boards and rubber mats.Events, event order & weights will be subject to change.Events to be run on block paving, please wear suitable footwear.T-shirts for all competitors and must be worn all day while competing.Trophies and prizes for top 3
