Being held at the Great Dunmow Carnival so loads to do for the whole family.

Rebel Strength's Strongest Women's and Men's Novice (Must Qualify) any novice comp is a qualifier ran between Jan 1st 2023 and Sept 13th  2024

Events and event order subject to change depending on the weather.

Moving events will be 20m drop, turn and return.

All 60sec time limit.

If wet weather, moving events may change to static. 

Deadlifts will be on wooden boards and rubber mats.

Events, event order & weights will be subject to change.

Events to be run on grass. Please bring suitable footwear. Maybe soft and uneven.

Any abuse to officials or loaders will not be accepted, relevant athlete will be disqualified and asked to leave.

T-shirts for all competitors and must be worn all day while competing.

No bare tops.

No swearing. warning will be given once.

Only officials and the 2 athletes allowed in the arena. No coaches or trainers in the arena. Athlete will be disqualified from that event.

Official photographers only in arena, no acceptations. 

The refs decision is final, videos will not be viewed from spectators.
