Event 2 Deadlift for reps

210Kg power bar 60 sec, no suits or grip jizz.

Event 3 Sandbag to shoulder

80kg bag, max reps 60 sec, no grip shirts

Event 4 Yoke into farmers

260kg Yoke, 100kg per hand farmers, No grips shirts, no grip jizz, no straps

Event 5 Ston1e Rune

90, 100, 110, 120, 130kg stones, 3 to 53inch platform, 2 to 43in platform. Tacky allowed, no grip shirts
