All entrants will receive a Comp T-shirt. Top 3 will receive Trophies and also Qualify for the finals at Flamingo Land.

EVENT 1 - Max axle deadlift: opening weight must be done by everyone. Men 250 then 3 nominated. Women 180 then 3 nominated.

EVENT 2 - Log into Db for reps in 60s. Men 120 - 70. Women 85 - 45.

EVENT 3 - Loading medley: 10m run - load over yoke. Men 120 bag - 120 hussafell bag - 120 sandball. Women 80 bag - 80 hussafell bag - 80 sandball.

EVENT 4 - Stone to shoulder: Reps in 60s. Men 130. Women 80.

EVENT 5 - Yoke into farmers walk: 10m each way. Men 320 - 140 per hand. Women 240 - 90 per hand.
