Scotland's strongest novice 2023.
This is open to all novice lifters EVEN if you have podiumed.
Events are as below
1. Dumbells and deadlifts.
Circus dumbell 53kg or 58kg
Deadlift 210kg1 rep at dumbell 1 rep at deadlift and repeat in this order for as many reps as possible in 75 seconds. NO SUITS
2. Hussafell sandbag carry for max distance. 120 or 130kg 10m turns. Drop and out.
3. Frame carry max distance 200kg. 10m turns drop and out. Frame CAN be dropped on the line to turn. If frame is dropped while travelling and it does NOT hit the start finish line then you are out.
4. Front hold for max time. Strengthshop duck walk loadable t bar will be used for this. 18 or 20kg
5. Tacklyless stone run. 5 stones from 80 or 90,100,110,120 or 130.Where is says OR in weight description this means it still has to be tested to decide what actual event weight will be.
