Axle press - Max reps. Floor to overhead. 60 sec timecap. All clean & pressing techniques allowed. Grips tops allowed.

Deadlift - Max reps. No suits or sumo. All straps allowed, no "hooks". Talc & chalk allowed

Sandbag carry for distance - Max distance in 60 seconds. Start from the ground, no drops allowed. Athletes may not sit and rest with sandbag on their knees after initial pick up.

Yoke - 4 x 10m drop and turn. 60 sec timecap. Drops allowed but no sliding allowed.

Sandbag over yoke - Max reps in 60 seconds. Load the bag over the yoke, athletes must then go around the yoke, not under the bar.

We will run the categories one at a time, head to head, until the final event which will be 2 categories at a time. Expect a fast paced day, but with a lot of categories it will also be a fairly long one!
Spectators are welcome but please be aware that space will be limited so don't bring a massive entourage!
