South Kent's Strongest Man

Once again for another year running Sweatbox Training will be hosting South Kent’s Strongest Man 2022!

A massive thank you goes out to @folkestonerfc for allowing us to use their ground to hold this amazing event.

Last year was a beginners comp, this year we are ramping it up a bit! Heavier, Bigger and Faster! Ideal for anyone looking for something a bit more interesting!

Events are as follows:

?️‍♀️Shoulder Medley- 75kg Keg, 60kg Dumbbell, 100kg Axel, 110kg Log.

?️‍♀️Truck Push - 20m

?️‍♀️Car deadlift - For Reps

?️‍♀️Keg Toss - 10kg to 20kg

?️‍♀️Moving Medley - yoke 250kg, farmers 100kg per hand, 250kg Tyre flip.

?️‍♀️Stone Run - 80kg, 90KG, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg

If you are interested in competing get in touch to secure your spot with a £25 joining fee. Free for all spectators.
Hot and Cold drinks available on site as well as toilets and changing facilities if needed.
