After an incredible First Timers Strongman competition we are now moving onto the next level, so novices this one’s for you!

Weight classes:
Women: u75kg/Opens
Men: u90kg/u105/Opens

The events are as follows:

Log for reps (60 sec)
Women: 45kg/50kg
Men: 75kg/85kg/95kg

Axle deadlift for reps
Women: 100kg/110kg
Men: 170kg/185kg/200kg

Yoke ladder
Women: starts at 120kg/140kg, +10kg added each length
Men: starts at 160kg/180kg/200kg, +20kg added each length

Sandbag to shoulder
Women: 45kg/50kg
Men: 80kg/80kg/100kg

Bag Toss Eliminator
Women: starts at 4kg/5kg, +1kg added each round
Men: starts at 10kg/10kg/12kg, 2kg added each round
