Max Monster DB. Athletes will nominate 3 lifts that must be at or above the starting weight for their respective categories. Athletes will have 60s to successfully clean and press the dumbbell overhead. They may reattempt a failed lift again within the time limit. Nominated lifts will be given to the scorers after each attempt. 2nd and 3rd attempts may be the same weight or heavier than previous attempts, but not lighter. Referees will have discretion to end an attempt early if they feel an athlete is endangering themselves or others.

Trump Axle Deadlift for Reps. Athletes will have 2 axle bars laid out in front of them, one lighter and one heavier. In 60s they will aim to score as many points as they can. Successfully deadlifting the heavier bar will reward them 5 points. Successfully lifting the lighter bar will reward 1 point. Athletes may move between bars in any order.

Conan's Wheel. Athletes will travel as far as possible around a 360° course whilst holding the Conan's Wheel in their arms. There is no time limit, but once the weight touches the floor after the initial step, the run is over.

Yoke Carry into Log Press into Yoke Carry. Athletes will start at one end of a 15m course and carry a yoke on their back to the other side. Once they break the line, they will move ahead to a log which will be laid out in front of them at the end of the track. They will then clean and press the log one time before returning to their yoke and carrying it back across the start/finish line 15m away. Whilst athletes are performing their log, helpers will be adding an additional 20kg to their yoke weight. Split times will be taken for each of the three "reps" (initial yoke, log, second yoke).

Power Stairs Steeplechase. Athletes will start at one end of a 15m course with a duck walk handle. They will carry the handle down the course and perform two "power stairs" over hurdles set at the 5m and 10m mark. Once they reach the end of the course they will meet 3 more stairs that must be climbed to stop the clock. Fastest to finish wins. If an athlete is unable to finish they will get a score of how many power stairs they successfully managed (5 in total on the course).
