We are back for our 5th year!!!
This is an openweight strongman/woman competition.
There will be 5 categories on the day, male novice, inters & opens and female novice & inters. Minimum of 3 athletes needed for each category to run on the day. If there is demand we will put on an opens womens category.
Entry fee is £35 non refundable and to be made by PayPal friends and family.
Payment secures place and to be made via PayPal friends and family to [email protected] please put your name, category and T-shirt size (S, M, L, XL etc) in the PayPal notes.
There will be trophies for the top 3 in each category and competition t shirts for everyone that competes on the day.
