This is an openweight strongman/woman competition aimed at novice and intermediate competitors.

This competition is open to everyone and is aimed at novice and intermediate competitors. Please respect your fellow competitors and no trophy hunting. Anyone who has placed first in a Novice or Inters competition will not be allowed to compete in that catergory. Competition history will be checked.
