Open Weight - Rising Bar - Best of 3 lifts (minimum starting lift 200kg)
£40 entrance fee per competitor (max 15 competitors) - Cash prizes, 1st place £500, 2nd place £250, 3rd place £100.
Medals and t-shirt's for all competitors.
Come and test your strength and compete against UK's Strongest Man and Ultimate's England's Strongest Man (Paul Smith and Paddy Haynes)
