Whether you’re a seasoned strongman athlete, a first-time competitor, or just coming to watch, this is set to be an unforgettable event for everyone.

Elevated deadlift height TBC

🪵 Log Press for Reps (60 seconds)

Women’s Class A:

40kg

Women’s Class B:

Trump Log: 60kg or 70kg

Any reps on 70kg will beat any number on 60kg

Men’s Class A:

80kg

Men’s Class B:

Trump Log: 110kg or 130kg

Objects and weights TBC

🚶‍♂️ Yoke Into Farmer’s Walk (15 metres each)

Women’s Class A:

120kg yoke → 50kg farmers

Women’s Class B:

190kg yoke → 75kg farmers

Men’s Class A:

200kg yoke → 80kg farmers

Men’s Class B:

300kg yoke → 120kg farmers
