EVENT 1. LOG for reps (grip shirts and chalk allowed)
FTOH As many reps as possible in 60s

Novice: 80kg

Inters: 110kg

Event 2. Axle Deadlift

Axle Deadlift for reps. As Many reps as possible in 60s.
(No sumo, no suits, figure of 8 and straps allowed)

Novice: 170kg

Inters: 200kg

Event 3.
Keg medley.
4 kegs
15m end to end (over line)
Fastest time possible. 60secs time cap.

Novice: 50kg,60kg,70kg,80kg

Inters: 60kg,70kg,80kg,90kg

Event 4. Yoke

Yoke 20m 10m drop turn 10m 75s (fasted time wins)

Novice: 220kg

Inters: 250kg

Event 5: Stone over yoke

Stone over 4ft yoke 75s (Amrap)
Tacky allowed.

Novice: 115kg

Inters: 135kg
