Strength Shack Log + Deadlift Competition

Come down and take part in Strength Shack gyms first annual log and deadlift competition on March 23rd 2024!

We have Graham Hicks attending the day and guest lifting an amazing 180kg log press and 400kg deadlift ahead of his up and coming giants live comp later in the month.

1st place in each category - £100 cash prize, Certificate, trophy, Combat fuel supplement stack

2nd place in each category - Trophy, certificate and combat fuel supplements

3rd place in each category - Trophy and certificate
