Strength Trials III: Fittest & Fastest

Wolves Den are hosting their third competition, and in line with the past it's going to be bigger then the last one! The Price is a little more as if we get enough entrants there will be prize money from a sponsor and the Den will match the prize money to improve the pot!
Spectator is free but we will have a donation bucket there to help with the running of the Den. The Den will have eclipsed our first year of trading and its been rough but great! Tess doesn't make anything off these comps so everyone's support has been immensely appreciated thus far!
Root Food will be doing food and Coffee Again.
another sponsor is coming on board for athlete prizes.
And Weston Campers will be providing the 3T Vans.

Womens / Mens First Timers.
Womens / Mens Novice.

EVENTS:

Overhead medley; Barbell, Axle, Log, Monster Dumbbell (MD reps. no reps for First Timers)

Axle Wheel Deadlift For Reps; 60 seconds first timers, 75 seconds everyone else.

Tyre Flip into Zercher Yoke 15m (warm up those biceps guys!)

Sandbag to Shoulder For Reps; 60 seconds First timers, 75 seconds everyone else.

Head to Head Seated Drag, 3T Camper Van from Weston Campers; FT 15M, NV 20M, OP 25M.

Stone run; 5'2, 4'10, 4'6, 4'2
