Strength and training weekend
Day 1: Dave Meer’s Strength School, vehicle pull work shop, social
Day 2: Workshops and social
Workshops include:
Hercules Hold
Husafell Carry
Sandbag toss (weather permitting)
Conventional Deadlift and Silver Dollar Deadlift
Overhead medley including:- double dumbbell, monster dumbbell, Olympic bar, axle bar
Duck walk
Guest Workshop by Gods of Grip
Coaches include among others: Dean Evans, Dave Meer, Dan Hewson, Rebecca Roberts (unless called up for an event)
Day 3: Events day. Compete against yourself to get PBs where you choose the weights for your lifts or compete against other athletes in your category.
Events will include: Hercules Hold, Silver Dollar Deadlift, Overhead Medley, Husafell Carry
Finished off with the last social and awards ceremony.

Camping available free of charge onsite.
