Mens 90kg
Womens 50kg

Pick up run 10m throw bag over yoke pick the bag up run to the 20m line then pick up and run 10m back to yoke throw over and picl up complete the 40m course 60 seconds.

Events 2
Frame hold
Mens 220kg
Womens 140kg

No straps, time starts as soon as you pick up and stops as soon as it hits the ground

Event 3
Bench incline axle press
Mens 75kg
Womens 35kg

Max reps in 60 seconds. We will lift the bar up to you and then you will press as soon as the whistle gose if you drop your out

Event 4
Alxe dl for reps
Mens 180kg in 60s
Womens 100kg
Strap etc are allowed no suits or baby oil

Event 5
Mens 90kg
Womens 50kg

Sandbag for reps in 60seconds.
This will be over a yoke set height around 1.2m
The bag must touch the floor on both sides
