- Objective: Complete in the quickest time possible.
- Car Deadlift
- Raw strength challenge.
- Perform as many reps as possible within 60 seconds.
- Conan’s Wheel
- Test of grip, endurance, and grit.
- Complete the maximum distance in 60 seconds without dropping the implement.
- Stone Over Yoke
- Strength and speed challenge.
- Lift as many stones over the yoke as possible in 60 seconds.

1. Max Log Lift
Objective: 3 attempts to hit your personal best
Weights:
- Beginner: Log Starting weight = 25 kg (using a standard 6-inch log).
- Novice: Log starting weight = 35 kg (using a Mirafit 8-inch log).
- Intermediate: Log starting weight = 45 kg (using a Celtic Strength 10-inch log).
- Open: Log starting weight = 55 kg (using a Strength Shop 13-inch log).
2. Yoke Carry (15m drop & turn, 15m back)
Objective: Complete in the quickest time possible
Weights:
- Beginners: 140 kg
- Novice: 160 kg
- Inters: 180 kg
- Opens: 100 kg
No Tacky or lifting suits. Belts, knee and elbow sleeves, chalk and grip tops allowed.

Objective: Raw power test – as many reps as possible in 60 seconds
Weights:
- Beginners: TBC
- Novice: TBC
- Inters: TBC
- Opens: TBC
No Tacky or lifting suits.
Belts, knee and elbow sleeves, lifting wraps allowed.

Objective: Grip, grit & endurance – best overall distance without dropping
Weights:
- Beginners: TBC
- Novice: TBC
- Inters: TBC
- Opens: TBC
No Tacky or lifting suits.
Belts, knee and elbow sleeves, lifting wraps allowed.
5. Stone Over Yoke (60 secs) - Height of Yoke ......
Objective: As many reps as possible
Weights:
- Beginners: 40KG
- Novice: 50KG
- Inters: 60KG
- Opens: 70KG
Tacky allowed.
