Back for another year, we are bringing you, what will be another awesome Strongman/Woman Super League throughout 2023. With 4 comps, 5 events in each comp, testing the fullest range of strength across all athletes in an amazing 20 events.

Super League entry £130 includes entry into all 4 comps, with a t-shirt for each comp, top three awards for each comp, and Super League entries also battling for Top 3 awards within the League at the end of the 4 comps.
Athletes can enter this Competition singularly, at £40. Which includes t-shirt and Top 3 trophies from this comp.

Sword to be held in a forward pointing position, in line with the shoulders.
Arms must be straight.
No flexion at the elbows.
Head, shoulders and buttocks against the wall/upright.
