Suffolk Games Strongest 2023

OK guys and girls here it is back for the second year the team at Red Squirrel have been asked by the Amazing team at The Suffolk Games to run the Suffolk Games Strongest 2023 At the fantastic Trinity Park, and this year its going to be wild.

Expect great events with great kit to use, a huge atmosphere as the two comps run side by side. Loads of food and swag stalls available and it's even dog friendly!

There will he 6 categories battling it out to become our summer champions, but not only that we will also be hosting BRITAIN'S STRONGEST FEMALE NOVICE 2023 where any female who has been in the top 3 of a Novice comp (and can prove it) in 2023 will be given the opportunity to fight it out for the title!
