The Barbell Division Mystery Competition

We're excited to announce our first ever Mystery Comp! 

On Sunday the 4th of August we will be hosting a completely confidential competition, packed with top-secret, crazy events that will test your strength and athleticism.

This one isn't for those who need to practice event run-throughs over and over again. We're certain the winners will be well-rounded, adaptable athletes who love a challenge.

See if you can guess what may be involved from the following event titles!:

• Peculiar Pressing
• Strongman Sports Day
• The Heavy Hurl 
• Flip Out!
• Mega Medley
• Don't Drop!

There will be 4 categories for this one folks, with 10 spaces available in each:

• Novice Women
• Open Women
• Novice Men
• Open Men

On the day we'll be serving refreshments, and providing other games and strength challenges to athletes and spectators alike. This will be a fun day out for the whole family.
