The Heart of England Strength Cup 2026

Imperial Bodies is proud to present:

Heart of England Strength Cup 2026.

This strongman comp is for men and women, Novice, Inters and Opens athletes. Competing across 5 events, winners of each category get a trophy and the rights to call themselves "the Heart of England champion.

Events include:

Event one - trapbar deadlift: max reps in a minute

Event two - overhead medley: 60 seconds max reps between axle and log

Event three - Farmers carry: 15m+15m timed.

Event four - Yoke and Sandbag Medley:

10m yoke carry, run back, 10m sandbag carry, throw over yoke. 10m yoke carry back to start, run back, 10m sandbag carry, throw over yoke.

ENTRY IS £40 AND INCLUDES T-SHIRT.
