Event 1: Van Deadlift- As many reps as possible within 60 seconds

Event 2: MAX Axle Clean & Press - Head to Head- Lift the starting weight then pick your own jumps 5kg Minimum.

Event 3: Gods of Grip Farmers Walk Into Holds - Head to Head- 15 metre farmers walks into max timed holds, Max hold wins!

Event 4: Truck Push into Arm Over Arm Pull-10 metres each way

Event 5: Static Iron Animal Loading Medley - Head to Head- Load the big heavy objects onto the platform
