If you have previously competed in a strength sport E.G. strongman, powerlifting, crossfitplease enter the Novice category.
Each athlete will complete an opening lift for the axle deadlift and log then nominate 3 lifts. Each attempt will have 60s to produce a successful lift. If you're unsuccessful in your lift you CAN NOT lower the weight for your next attempt.
Straps, chalk, knee sleeves, and belts allowed for deadlift. No suits, briefs or hook straps.
Wrist wraps, elbow/knee sleeves, chalk, grip tops and belts allowed for log press

Axle deadlift:
MFT: 140KG
MN: 160KG
WFT: 70KG
WN: 100kg
Log press: (9inch log for women, 13 inch log for men)
MFT: 50KG
MN: 60KG
WFT: 30KG
WN: 40KG
