Event 4 - Max bag throw over 3m (women) 4m (men) opening bag then weight increases each round

Event 5 - Stoner over 44” Yoke (women) 48” Yoke (men) reps in 60s

MF 100kg

Any tie breakers will be decided by max distance Husafell shield carry in 75s 👀

Straps allowed for deadlift no suits
Tacky allowed for stones

Entry payment £30 includes T-shirt, medals and trophies for top 3 in each category. Payment made via PayPal to [email protected] under friends and family please state which category you are entering and size of T-shirt.

There will be NO refunds under any circumstances and we wont be holding any spaces for anyone first come first served
