Doors open: 9:00 AM

Athletes talk: 9:45 AM

Competition kicks off: 10:00 AM

💥 EVENTS

1. TRUCK PULL – Harness and rope pull
Athletes must pull the truck and break the line for time.

Time allowed: 60 seconds

If not completed, distance will be measured.


2. ARM OVER ARM TRUCK PULL – Rope pull
Athletes pull the truck using the arm-over-arm technique.

Time allowed: 60 seconds

If not completed, distance will be measured.


🔥 FORMAT:

Men: Start with Event 1

Women: Start with Event 2

Both groups swap


🏅 PRIZES:

Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place

Event T-shirt included
