Truck Pull and Car Deadlift Event

We are hosting an unforgettable strongman competition at JWPT cave!

This will be the first time we’ve organised a charity truck pull and car deadlift!

This is a minimum £20 donation per person for Children with Cancer UK.

Spectators, friends and family are welcome too because we are going to need plenty of noise if we want some of our bootcampers to lift car’s and pull trucks (approx 7/8 tonne). Let’s have some bootcamp fun!

Competition Rules:

Event 1: Perform as many car deadlift reps as possible in 60seconds (belt and straps allowed.)

Event 2: Truck pull over 20 metres in fastest time possible or furthest distance completed (harness and rope to assist)

Event 3: Loading Medley over 10 metres as fast as possible using 18 gallon Beer Keg, 60kg Atlas Stone, Anvil. (Weightlifting belt allowed - no tacky)
