TWISTED BARBELL Strongest Man and Woman 2022

The competition will be held on Saturday 19th February 2022.

We will be bigger and better than before. Mens and womens novice and inters.

Events:
EVENT 1: Log press floor to over head 60s limit. ( belts, chalk and sleeves allowed)
Women Novice - 40kg
Women Inters - 50kg
Men Novice - 80kg
Men Inters - 100kg

EVENT TWO: Deadlift for reps, 60seconds. Olympic bar.
Women Novice - 110kg
Women Inters - 140kg
Men Novice - 220kg
Men Inters - 260kg

EVENT THREE: Farmers carry - 60 second time limit. 30meters
Women Novice - 60kg per hand
Women Inters - 80kg per hand
Men Novice - 100kg per hand
Men Inters - 110kg per hand

EVENT FOUR: Yoke, 15m drop and turn. 75 second time limit, drops allowed, no sliding it.
Women Novice - 120kg
Women Inters - 150kg
Men Novice - 200kg
Men Inters - 260kg

EVENT FIVE: 5 stones onto barrels for time. Tacky is allowed.
Women Novice - 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg
Women Inters - 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg
Men Novice - 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg
Men Inters - 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 140kg

If you placed top 3 before then you will be moved up a class.

Strongman and Powerlifting legend Bill Kazmaier will be there as our special guest.
