Weigh in for Under 90kg and Under 105kg 08:30 - 09:00
Start Time: 10:00 sharp.
Location: Underground Gym, 15 Avis Way, Newhaven, BN9 0DP.

All Athletes will receive a UG branded item of clothing.
Athletes placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their category will receive a trophy.
Closing date for entry is 08/04/2023.

Yoke Squat for max
Log Press for max
Silver Dollar Deadlift for max
Rules
- Maximum of 3 nominated lifts per event
- Athletes cannot lower nominated weights.
- If an athlete fails a weight then they cannot continue in the respective event
- Yoke Squat weights must be a multiple of 5kg
- Log Press and Silver Dollar Deadlift weights must be a multiple of 2.5kg
- Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete each lift once called
- All Athletes must wait for the down signal
- Multiple attempts are allowed at each nominated weight within the 60 second time limit
- Deadlift/Squat suits are allowed
- Deadlift straps are allowed for Silver Dollar Deadlift
- Knee wraps/sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, belts etc. are allowed
- Chalk is allowed
- All athletes in all categories must weigh in
- If an Under 90kg athlete misses weight then he must compete in the Under 105kg. If an Under 105kg athlete misses weight then he must compete in the Open category
- The highest achieved weight for each of the three events will be added together to form the total
- If totals are tied then body weight will be the deciding factor with the lightest athlete receiving the place
- Novice category athletes must not have placed first in any previous event
