- max deadlift, no suits, no fig 8 straps,220,240,260,280, last 3 will call a final lift
- farmers walk, 120kg dist in 75secs
- medley, tyre flip x2, 220kg chain drag 10mtrs, 210kg duck walk 10mtrs
- stones, 100kg to 160kg, fastest time
